With his strategic and compassionate approach, Mr. Faccini helps clients find solutions during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. It is this commitment that sets Mr. Faccini apart and quickly wins the trust of his clients.
Mr. Faccini’s Experience & Community Involvement
Mr. Faccini earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2010. He is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Anoka County Bar Association, and both the National and Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). At the Minnesota level, he serves on the AFCC Minnesota Chapter’s Board of Directors as Secretary and Co-Chair of the Legislative and Public Policy Committee. Mr. Faccini serves on the Board of Directors for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), where he furthers the organization’s work in supporting court-appointed advocates for abused and neglected children. He was also on the 2020 Planning Committee for the Minnesota CLE Family Law Institute, which is the premier continuing legal education seminar for attorneys in Minnesota.
Outside of his work at Johnson/Turner Legal, Mr. Faccini enjoys spending time with his family and training for a marathon, when time allows. He is intrigued by, and passionate about, legislation as it relates to family law in Minnesota and is interested in connecting with individuals and organizations that share this interest.
Mr. Faccini is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Anoka County.
