Drafting the Comprehensive Proposal
Here we draft all the divorce documents including the final Judgment and Decree, which will be presented to the other side as a comprehensive proposal.

Short Negotiation
We present the proposal and engatge in a short effort to reach resolution on all issues. If successful, the case is nearly complete. If not, we consider filing the case with the Court to proceed to a more traditional court-driven path.
