Clarity, support and solutions
Simplifying the Legal System
By dividing the legal process, we can offer a level of customization that respects your unique circumstances, addressing your specific concerns and requirements effectively. This method not only facilitates a smoother legal journey but also empowers you, giving you clarity and control over the process, making the complex world of law both accessible and manageable.
Phase 1
Foundation Building
During the foundation building phase of the legal process, our foremost priority is crafting a comprehensive plan for your family law or divorce case. We initiate the process by preparing the necessary legal documents, including the summons and petition or counter-petition, tailored to your unique situation.
Phase 2
Drafting the Comprehensive Proposal
Here we draft all the divorce documents including the final Judgment and Decree, which will be presented to the other side as a comprehensive proposal.
Phase 3
Short Negotiation
We present the proposal and engatge in a short effort to reach resolution on all issues. If successful, the case is nearly complete. If not, we consider filing the case with the Court to proceed to a more traditional court-driven path.
Flexibility Without Lost Progress
We know that even with the best intentions, the process can sometimes reveal deeper disagreements than expected. If that happens, there’s no need to worry—you haven’t lost time, effort, or investment. Every step we take in Cooperative Settlement lays the foundation for a more traditional approach if needed. That means we can seamlessly pivot without backtracking, ensuring that the work you’ve done still moves you forward. No wasted effort, just a clear path to the resolution that fits your situation best.
